Return & Refund Policy

At ShubhPoojan, we take utmost care in packaging and delivering sacred products with purity and respect. Due to the nature of our offerings, certain items are non-returnable for hygiene, sanctity, and safety reasons.

Return Window

Customers may request a return or report an issue within 2 days of delivery.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return once delivered unless received damaged or incorrect:

  • Gangajal

  • Havan Samagri

  • Roli / Chandan / Kumkum

  • Incense / Dhoop Products

  • Opened Consumable Ritual Items

  • Any product marked as non-returnable


Eligible Return Cases

Returns / replacements may be approved only in the following situations:

  • Product received damaged in transit

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Product missing from order

  • Package received tampered / leaking


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return/replacement:

  • Claim must be raised within 2 days of delivery

  • Unboxing video / photo proof may be required

  • Product must remain unused and in original packaging where applicable


Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.


Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
