Return & Refunds

Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours (1 day) of placing the order. Cancellation may not be possible if the seller/merchant has already been notified or the order has been dispatched. 

Damaged or defective products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, report the issue to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will coordinate inspection with the seller/merchant. You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect. After verification, we will provide a refund or replacement as appropriate.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method, subject to the payment processor's timelines.
Special rule for Gangajal (no returns)
We do not accept returns for Gangajal. Please inspect and document the product immediately upon receipt (photographs or video of the sealed package and product). Claims for Gangajal will only be considered if sufficient evidence of damage or tampering is provided and the seal is intact when photographed; insufficient evidence and/or tampered seals will not be entertained.
